Over the past five years the MRD team has kept its ear to the ground to find government and European funding for training and development for our clients. As many of our clients are SMEs (small to medium size enterprises) based in the UK, they have been eligible for part, and sometimes full, funding towards their training and development objectives. The two main schemes available are aimed at Leadership and Management Skills.
Do you employ between 5-249 people in the UK? You could be eligible for a grant of upto £1,000 for leadership development!
Beyond 2010 is giving businesses in the East of England access to sector specific training advice and funding for new skills to harness their full potential.
