Coaching has become one of the most effective ways of helping people learn, develop and move forward. At MRD we love to coach and have had some fantastic results with our clients; whether it be as a team or an individual.


1-1 Leadership Coaching


MRD Executive Coaching Clients are typically middle to senior management level. We coach 1-1 using a blend of styles, approaches and tools that is always unique to the situation and learning style of the client.


As with much of MRD's work, increasing personal awareness and understanding is the gateway to development and plays a big part in our clients' coaching experience.

We also specialise in coaching teams. Unlike with training, our team coaching does not aim to give your team all the answers. Instead we work on the principle that you know your situation, challenges and have the best ideas for moving forward.
