Standard M R Dynamics Ltd (MRD) Terms and Conditions
Venue
Choice of venue and all venue costs are the client’s responsibility- on or off-site. Including provision of computer compatible projection, screen and other lecture and seminar room facilities. MR Dynamics Ltd can provide these by negotiation. A computer projector can be supplied by MRD at a cost of £50.00 per day.
Consultant Travel Expenses
- Car Travel will be at 50p per mile from the home of the Consultant(s) to the location of the training.
- Alternatively Second Class Rail or Standard Class Air costs will apply where appropriate.
Accommodation Cost
Where appropriate the client should supply or re-reimburse Hotel accommodation in line with their company standards.
Cancellation Fees
- If less than 28 working days notice of change of date or cancellation is given, 25% of the facilitation fee is due.
- If less than 7 working days notice of change or cancellation is given, 50% of the facilitation fee is due.
- Non returnable costs should be refunded in full.
Payment
- An invoice will be raised on completion of each stage.
- Unless otherwise agreed invoices will be sent in hard copy by Post.
- Payment is requested within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
- Late payment may incur an interest charge at standard bank rate.
- All cheques should be made payable to MR Dynamics LTD
- Electronic Bank Transfer is prefered.
All prices quoted by MRD are quoted exclusive of VAT.
