Standard MRD Terms and Conditions – For our clients for whom we provide our services and products

Venue

Choice of venue and all venue costs are the client’s responsibility- on or off-site. Including provision of computer compatible projection, screen and other lecture and seminar room facilities. MR Dynamics Ltd can provide these by negotiation. A computer projector can be supplied by MRD at a cost of £50.00 per day.

Consultant Travel Expenses

Car Travel will be at 50p per mile from the home of the Consultant(s) to the location of the training.

Alternatively, where appropriate costs will be charged for: Taxis; Second Class Rail; European air fares at a Standard/ Economy class; Long-haul flight fares/class to be agreed with the client; Rental cars up to “intermediate”

Accommodation Cost

Where appropriate the client should supply or re-reimburse hotel accommodation in line with their company standards.

Cancellation Fees

Less than 28 days’ notice, 25% of the facilitation fee is due.

Less than 7 days’ notice, 50% of the facilitation fee is due.

Less than 48 hours, 100% is due.

Non-returnable costs that have been incurred during any cancellation period, such as profiles that have been created, materials purchased, and booked travel tickets, will be invoiced in full.

Payment

An invoice will be raised on completion of each stage.

Unless otherwise agreed invoices will be sent by email.

Payment is requested within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Late payment may incur an interest charge at standard bank rate.

Electronic Bank Transfer to the bank details on the invoice is preferred.

All cheques should be made payable to M R Dynamics Ltd.

Data

How your Insights Discovery profile the profile is used if you are completing it as part of a training or coaching activity arranged by your employer.

We (MRD) will either: send a copy of your profile to the organising contact at your organisation and you will subsequently be given a copy of the profile by that person as part of a training and development programme; or we will give you a printed copy of the document directly at the training or coaching event; or we will send you a pdf. copy directly to the email address you provide when you complete the questionnaire. You can check which method of delivery applies to you with organising contact at your organisation, or by contacting us directly. Once we have delivered your profile, it will no longer be held by MRD. Your data will be held on ‘Insights Discovery Online’ and be available to you via MRD at your request. If you have any queries or more information about how the profile and your information is used, handled and stored by your employer, please contact the internal person coordinating this activity, or directly to MRD via the contact details on the footer of this mail.

How your Insights Discovery profile is used if you are completing this profile as part of a recruitment process. The results of your profile will not be used as the basis of selection. It is used to support both you and the interviewing organisation in the interview process, and help facilitate the conversations during those meetings. We (MRD) will send a copy of your Insights Discovery profile to the recruiting contact at the organisation you are applying to. You will subsequently be given a copy of the profile by the organisation you are applying to with the opportunity to have a telephone session with an accredited MRD consultant to answer any questions, or to attend an MRD webinar tutorial. Once we have forwarded your profile, it will no longer be held by MRD. Your data will be held on ‘Insights Discovery Online’ and be available to you via MRD at your request. If you have any queries about how the profile is used and your information is handled and stored by the organisation you are applying to, please liaise with your contact at that organisation for more information (or the third party recruitment agency if involved).
